How to Order

**Important: If you leave your computer while you are working on your order, a security function will time-out the website.  Any items in your current shopping cart will disappear.  You can get them back going to your account page, clicking on 'saved shopping carts', and clicking on 'restore'.  This will bring your shopping cart back and you can continue to work on it or go to checkout.**
 
There are two ways to order online:
Using the Search Function:
You can use the search function to search out item name of the variety you are looking for.  Click on search (top right hand corner) or Advanced Search (left hand side under links) and then enter the name of the item and when the search returns your item you can add it to the cart. If you have our catalogue, you can search by using a Sku number. The sku# is the catalogue number then a zero then the price of the items. For example, if you wanted to order a package of catalogue #15 Record bean you would type 150185 as the sku#. After your search returns you can either add the item to your cart and check-out or add the item to a wishlist to create a saved order that you can return to at a later date/time.  If you have created an account, be sure to log-out after you are done using the website.  To do so, click on 'my account (top right-hand corner) and click on 'log-out'.
 
Browsing through the online categories:
Along the left hand side of the website, you will be able to locate all of the categories of items available.  Click on any category to get to the products.  Once you have located items that you would like to order, you can either save them to a wishlist (see below) or add them to your cart for check-out.  Please note, if you are not ready to finish your order off you will need to save the items to a wishlist or else you will lose the items you are selecting. You need to save the items to the wishlist individually. If you have created an account, be sure to log-out after you are done using the website.  To do so, click on 'my account (top right-hand corner) and click on 'log-out'.
 
Please note, for security reasons, our online system is not set up to process credit cards.  We process them at our checking department once the orders are ready to be shipped.
 
For Your Information...
Quick Order Function:
 We have had several customers ask for a quick order function on our website. At this time, our current web platform does not support one. If you are looking for a quicker way to order items than going through each separate item, try our search function. Click on search and then enter the name of the items or the sku# and when the search returns your items you can add it to the cart. The sku# is the catalogue number then a zero then the price of the items. For example, if you wanted to order a package of catalogue #15 Record bean you would type 150185 as the sku#. After your search returns you can either add the item to your cart and check-out or add the item to a wishlist to create a saved order that you can return to at a later date/time. If you find this doesn't work due to slow internet connection, you can also place your order via e-mail, fax, or phone.
 
Saved Orders - Wishlist Function:
For security reasons our website has a 10 minute timeout feature that erases information. The wish list feature allows you to make a list that is saved until you are ready to finalize it. It will remain under your profile as a saved products list for 10 days and can be made into an order during this time. The wish list function is located on the individual price product pages next to the "add to cart” button. Click on the "wish list” button and the item will be saved to a list and can be made into an order at a later time. To retrieve your wish list and make it into an order, go to ‘my account’ and click on "view saved products”. To add the saved products to an order for check-out,  click on ‘Add all saved products to the cart’.   Alternatively, if you leave your computer while you are working on your order, a security function will time-out the website.  Any items in your current shopping cart will disappear.  You can get them back going to your account page, clicking on 'saved shopping carts', and clicking on 'restore'.  This will bring your shopping cart back and you can continue to work on it or go to checkout.
 
Order Shipping:
Orders get shipped in sequence of placement date. We start shipping orders in the end of January once our new seed stock has arrived and is ready. Due to the amount of orders that are placed, during January-March you can expect shipping to take between 3-4 weeks. If there is a specific date that you need your order by, please indicate the date in the comment section of your order placement. We will do our best to accomodate you.
